LEAD Designer BIW Structure CAD Design & Development, Project Management and Coordination Main Scope

 

  • Development and design of complex components for assemblies in the field of primary structural framework.
  • Design interpretation of components with regard to function, manufacturability, and feasibility within the overall system.
  • Independent elaboration of components and joining techniques in CAD, taking requirements into account.

Main Hard Skills

  • Very good knowledge in the field of project control in automotive development.
  • High technical expertise in assessing the technical specifications of product and process.
  • Very good knowledge in the field of different manufacturing processes and technologies.

Main Soft Skills

  • Analytical thinking & quality awareness.
  • Communication skills in English or German (good language skills, teamwork/customer interaction).

Challenge

  • With regard to all relevant interfaces, scopes must be coordinated independently with internal and external stakeholders.

Education

  • B.Sc., M.Sc. – Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Vehicle Engineering.
